GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope and Parties
Regulations for purchases on the website www.phonesinns.com, owned by Pagina iconicas LDA (NIF 518406237), sediada em Rua Professor Mota pinto 1
2610-152 Amadora (email: phonesinn@outlook.com).

 

2. Ordering & Billing

  1. To place an order, Users must:

    • Register on the Online Store (personal and contact details).

    • Select products and add them to your cart.

    • Confirm the order, specifying: shipping method, billing address, and Tax ID for invoice.

  2. Order confirmation implies full acceptance of:

    • Product prices and descriptions.

    • These Terms and Conditions.

  3. Stock Limitations: The Online Store reserves the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items, notifying Users within 24 hours.

  4. Order Validity: 2 business days. Prices/promotions are not guaranteed beyond this period.

 

3. Payment Methods

  • MB Way & Multibanco: Payments processed via SIBS network.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Charged upon order confirmation.

 

4. Pricing

  • All prices are in EUR (€), including VAT at the applicable rate.

  • Price increases (if any) will be communicated promptly. Users may:

    • Pay the difference.

    • Cancel the order.

 

5. Shipping

  1. Courier: CTT or equivalent carrier.

  2. Shipping Costs: Calculated during checkout.

  3. Delivery Zones: Mainland Portugal only.

 

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Timeframe: 14 days from product receipt.

  • Conditions:

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the User (unless due to Online Store error).

  • Process:

    • Email phonesinn@outlook.com  to initiate returns.

    • Refunds issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

 

7. Complaints

  • Complaints Book: Available in the dedicated website section.

  • Arbitration Center: Alternative dispute resolution (see "Conflict Resolution").
